Summer is Coming

EDIT: ... Just... Ignore everything I said. My uncle had a massive heart attack yesterday (Father's day)..... And I'm out. I'm reeling from the amount of death I have had to deal with rapid fire.... I just... Cant....


Alright guys, summer is on it's way, and I'm finally getting a break from college

... Kind of.

You see, this past 365 days have been incredibly rough for me... I have lost 4 people I knew to the curse that is death this semester, one of which was my Grandfather the day after Christmas... and thus I fell behind in my Japanese studies. I did not do as well this semester as last semester, AND THAT BUGS ME.

So this summer will be spent studying my last two semesters of Japanese and brushing up big time.

I will also be trying to get a part time job hopefully.

WITH THAT SAID, I'm probably gonna have a -liiiittle- more time to draw and work on art projects that have been sitting abandoned for god knows how long. However, I'm also going to be dropping a lot of projects I -thought- I had the time and energy for.

My Nuzlocke Comic... I'm probably going to switch gears and do something else with it. I only uploaded one page, so I have plenty of time to switch the gears of the story to something more appropriate and less intimidating for me. It will probably end up being a 10 page or so comic... maaaaybe longer. I just don't have the free time I used to have... When this switch happens, I will post an update on the old comic page for everyone to see.

A good few of my planned drawings are being scrapped, and one in particular is being dropped mid production. I lost the drive for it, and it was a little too ambitious for not only my time constraints, but my attention span sadly. I might upload what I have completed, but this is a big maybe.

One project I want to try is Yu Yu Hakusho related, so keep an eye out.

I also am going to eventually post my recent forays into felting... I have made a few things, but without internet at my home and having to rely solely on the hotspot function on my phone, it makes uploading difficult.

Which leads me to my next message:

Second life buddies? I have been gone for the reason I stated above. I no longer have internet in my home. The internet company pulled some shady shit, and thus we disconnected and got smartphones instead. I miss all of you dearly.

... Also I've picked up studying Spanish, German, and Swedish as well as Japanese now. Not in an official class just yet, but I'm hoping I can do that eventually. Until then, private studying. Hopefully someday I can add Arabic, Chinese, and French... I believe these three will prove to be too difficult to study on my own... especially french with it's millions of words for the same dang thing, or millions of words that are spelled very similar. :/

I hate gendered words... oh my gosh. Spanish and German are being mean with them. Japanese only has like... 5.... D:
